Activate Char Search
Character Search is disabled in the base version of the extension to comply with store policies and ensure a safe ecosystem.
For users who want to enable it, there's Activator, a separate extension with a Mature rating. Due to this rating, its Web Store page requires a Google account with verified age to view.
How it works:
Install Activator.
It activates Character Search automatically.
Activator removes itself after activation.
