Go to a character and add them in the Quick Access list under whichever category is currently active.
Press a character to redirect.
You can view the quick access once you are anywhere in the website.
Different chatbots have different lists and categories.
Note: There is no move option, go to a character, delete it from the list, re-add it into the category you want. Same way to update a character's avatar.
